What we build
Exulans supports production of equipment that keeps energy systems online, keeps assets controllable, and keeps operators in command. We’re focused on hardware that matters to uptime, safety, and grid or process stability — not commodity widgets.
- Power distribution & switching assemblies We coordinate fabrication of switchgear, bus systems, breaker panels, distribution cabinets, and backup transfer logic that sit at the heart of high-availability power architectures.
- Control panels & automation enclosures We deliver PLC/RTU-based control packages, protection relays, sequencing logic, and HMI interface hardware built to spec and wired for field serviceability.
- Custom skids / integrated systems We plan and oversee packaged systems (power skid, pump skid, compressor skid, micro-grid nodes, etc.) so that mechanical, electrical, and control elements land on-site as a single unit — not a pile of parts.
- Critical spares & repeatable subassemblies We identify modules that drive downtime risk and build spares programs around them. The goal: short lead times and known interchangeability.
How we execute
We don’t just source parts. We manage manufacturability, compliance, documentation, and scale-up so the hardware can survive real operating environments — power generation sites, micro-grids, production pads, high-density data and compute facilities, and regulated industrial plants.
- Vendor and facility alignment We identify and qualify fabrication and assembly partners with the certifications, tooling, and QA discipline required for power and control hardware. We care about repeatability, not one-off hero builds.
- Standards, QA, and traceability We enforce wiring standards, labeling conventions, test procedures, and documentation packs so systems are defensible to auditors, insurers, and customers.
- Production scaling & schedule integrity We align long-lead components, panel shop throughput, testing bays, and field installation windows, so construction and commissioning teams don’t stall waiting on hardware.
- Change management & revision control We manage controlled revisions to drawings, bill of materials, control logic, and acceptance criteria — so version ‘A’ in the field actually matches version ‘A’ on paper.
Why this matters
Power projects, data centers, micro-grids, industrial sites, and energy assets all depend on physical control infrastructure. When that hardware doesn’t exist, can’t scale, or isn’t documented, projects slip, costs spike, and risk goes up. We prevent that failure mode.
