How we execute
We align site work, utilities, construction trades, controls, power, commissioning, and turnover into one schedule instead of letting each discipline pretend it owns the critical path.
- Site prep & civil integration Grading, foundations, drainage, laydown planning, heavy haul access, and utility corridors are planned around the actual facility function — not just the property line.
- MEP / power / controls coordination Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls are coordinated to support real load profiles and redundancy schemes. We make sure the building is actually wired for its mission.
- Construction sequencing & schedule control We manage long-lead equipment, panelized/control hardware arrival, energization milestones, and safe startup order so the facility can go live without chaos.
- Commissioning & turnover readiness We drive pre-functional checks, integrated testing, documentation sets, and operator handoff — so the site isn’t just “substantially complete,” it’s operational.
Compliance, safety & credibility
These facilities often carry regulatory, insurance, or investor scrutiny. We build with the expectation that someone will eventually ask to see drawings, QA records, commissioning logs, and safety plans — and we make sure those exist.
- Regulatory and permitting path We coordinate with AHJs, state/local agencies, environmental bodies, and utilities so you don’t get surprised at energization.
- Life-safety and industrial safety systems Fire protection, detection/suppression, e-stop logic, confined-space behavior, ventilation, and hazardous-area considerations are designed in, not patched in.
- Documentation and handover package We deliver the record set: as-built drawings, O&M documentation, test results, permit closeouts, and revision control — the paper trail that makes the facility defensible.
